We would like nothing more than to provide your event with a suite of world-class online tools powered by your own EVENT NGIN.

Hosting Annual Fee

EVENT NGIN Hosting

Hosting fee includes unlimited webmaster support, unlimited disk space, unlimited bandwidth, and automatic NGIN upgrades. Hosting fee can be paid annually by check, or electronic debit from your organization's credit or check card.

EVENT NGIN Setup

Consultation and Design Work

  • Your EVENT NGIN account executive will share their extensive online knowledge to assist you in a smooth website transition. If you have an event website question, we have the answer.

  • Your new site will be customized with graphics utilizing your logo and organization’s primary, secondary, and accent colors.

Site Tools

  • NGIN’s extensive library of content editing tools – the best CMS on the market. Easily update and adjust content without any HTML or programming knowledge.

  • Setup of site traffic reporting and custom email system.

  • Fully integrated, robust online registration and volunteer management service. Your EVENT NGIN account executive will work closely with you to setup custom registration sessions.

  • Donation and fundraising capabilities.

Complete Training Session

  • When your site setup is complete, your account executive will provide you (and any other organization webmasters) with a 60 minute personal training session that will leave you completely comfortable managing your new site.

Additional services not included in our standard setup package:

Full Website Data Migration

Your NGIN account executive will provide you with up to 10 hours of data migration by moving your old website content to your new NGIN website. Your account executive will also build your navigation system and generally make your website transition period as seamless as possible.

"Dibs" Volunteer Tool Setup

Manage your volunteers with ease. Assign and claim responsibility using the "Dibs Tool." Site members claim responsibility for items, complete claimed obligations, and fulfill set requirements.

Add new services and setup new features at any time. All services and feature setup fees are "one time fees." Once your EVENT NGIN has been configured, your only cost will be the annual hosting fee.

The NGIN online registration system is a tremendously powerful tool that includes full online payment options, user payment plans, powerful database reporting, built-in communication tools and more.

Every EVENT NGIN comes complete with online registration functionality built right in.

There is a $100 setup fee associated with online registration sessions and an additional "per transaction" fee for the service, so be sure to talk to your NGIN account executive for the complete financial details.

If your organization is offering multiple registration sessions (example: multiple events housed within a single site), the Multi-Registration Setup Package is for you. In lieu of our $100 setup fee for each individual registration session, bundle the service and save. For $700 our registration consultants will build up to 12 sessions for your organization. This value includes registration consulting, session construction, review, training and a savings of $500.
